Russian Security Council Secretary Vladimir Rushailo flies to Minsk on Wednesday to attend a regular session of the Committee of the Secretaries of the Security Councils of the member-countries of the Collective Security Treaty. The session, which will take place in the Belarussian capital on December 6-7, will be attended by the delegations of the Security Councils of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Russia and Tajikistan, and also, in the capacity of observers, by representatives of the Security Councils of a number of other CIS countries. The main themes to be discussed at the session, according to the representative of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, will be cooperation between the Treaty's member-countries in the fight against international terrorism in the light of the counter-terrorist operation in Afghanistan and combating illegal drug trafficking. This implies first of all the unification of legal norms in the sphere of extraditing criminals and checking the legalisation of the money illegally earned.
