The forthcoming meeting will focus on practical ways of development of all aspects of Chilean-Russian relations, with the account for Igor Ivanov's good knowledge of Latin America, the senator said. It concerns not only the expansion of trade and economic relations but also the development of cultural and educational ties and Russian-Chilean cooperation within the APEC framework, Frei noted.
