Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski is expected to visit Russia early in June, officials at the Polish embassy in Moscow told RIA Novosti. Prior to that, deputy head of the Kremlin administration Sergey Prikhodko had confirmed that "a working contact" of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Polish colleague could take place in Moscow. The two leaders' last meeting was held in Warsaw during the official visit by the Russian President to Poland on January 16th-17th. According to Vladimir Putin, "today, the Russian-Polish relations are free from any political problems."
The remarks from the Pope came as "a very strong step towards degradation," "given the rather massive nature of homosexuality" among the Catholic clergy.
