Spanish Ambassador to Russia Jose Maria Robles Fraga arrived in the Sverdlovsk Region today on a two-day visit. This evening he will participate at a presentation of an upcoming forum exhibition of Spanish industrial goods.
As a Rosbalt correspondent was informed by the press office of the regional ministry for foreign and domestic trade, the ambassador is here to assess the economic potential of the Central Urals region, to hold high-level negotiations, to meet the professors of the Urals State University and also participate at the presentation of the Spanish-Russian forum exhibition Expohabitat-2003 on investment and business collaboration. Expohabitat-2003 is opening on June 26 and will feature domestic appliances made in Spain. Similar presentations of the exhibition will take place in Nizhni Novgorod and Saint Petersburg.
