Soccer round-up

Soccer round-up. 45993.jpegMourinho is true to form in his second season at Real Madrid - a season in which he excels if he did not already in his first. 6 points clear, Real Madrid are playing some hot football and are scoring goals in one of the strongest leagues of Europe. In Germany and France, changes at the top, with Bayern and PSG going down and being overtaken, as the packs close in.

England Premier League

Draws for Liverpool (1-1 with Manchester City), Manchester United (1-1 at home to Newcastle) and Arsenal (1-1 at home to Fulham) and victories for Tottenham (3-1 away at West Bromwich Albion) and Chelsea (3-0 at home to Wolves) see the pack consolidated as Tottenham moves to within striking distance of second place. Curiously, whenever Harry Redknapp, the Spurs manager, gets anywhere near the England job, the media starts speaking about allegations of tax irregularities. What about "innocent until proven guilty"?
